Garnet red with a brighter ruby rim. Intense fruity flavour with a hint of spice on the nose. An added dimension is the subtle use of oak which combines well with soft ripe tannins.
This wine is made from selected grapes from a 72ha vineyard in the Natural Park of Arribes del Duero. The vineyard is conducted in the Smart-Dyson trellis, allows better and more complete ripening of the grapes.
When it reaches an optimum ripeness, the grapes are harvested. After standing at controlled temperature and humidity, we proceed to the assembly of the wines. Prior to bottling the must is subjected to minimal filtering to preserve the maximum qualities. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak.
