Nose
Ripe blackberry fruit with a hint of creamy oak.
Palate
More black fruit on the palate with sweet spice and vanilla. Good vibrant acidity and smooth tannins. Big and bold, but handled with elegance and subtlety. Showing exceptional polish and pedigree.

Vineyard
This wine is made from selected grapes from a 72ha vineyard in the Natural Park of Arribes del Duero. The vineyard is conducted in the Smart-Dyson trellis, allows better and more complete ripening of the grapes.
Production Method
A limited-production wine which captures “the Spirit of Duero”. The carefully selected handpicked grapes are fermented slowly in order to achieve maximum fruit extraction. The wine is then aged for 18 months in new French Allier oak casks in the Magister Ageing Cellar at Hacienda Zorita.
