Limited production Premium Cava, made following the traditional method and only produced in exceptional vintages, handpicked grapes and aged for 38 months.
Straw yellow with golden trim.
Fine bubble. The nose is fruity with aromas of apricot and peach vine. Intense, fresh with notes of ageing in the bottle.
On the palate, it has dried nuts, toasted bread and citrus flavours.
Cava premium created following the traditional method and produced exclusively only in exceptional vintages.
This Cava is made with grape varieties from low yield 40 years old vines from the heart of Cava. After a light maceration of especially selected handpicked grapes in 20 kg boxes, the wine undergoes extensive bottle ageing for 38 months in our 30 m deep cellars. Production is limited to only 40,000 bottles.
