

Tasting Notes
Hacienda Zorita Abascal Vineyard is located in the region of Ribera del Duero next to Vega Sicilia and other prestigious vineyards this area is popularly known as The Golden Mile of the Duoro due to the proximity of the famous river.
The cellar in this vineyard was completed in 2003 following the Land Art style, developed in California during the 80´s. There are 12.5ha of Tempranillo planted in this vineyard. There is a limited production of 100.000 bottles produced in our Hacienda Zorita Abascal Vineyard.
Colour
Deep, ruby red colour
Nose
The bouquet shows rich, intense, ripe, red fruits with hints of plum. The nose is underlined with toasted notes, smooth characters and vanilla flavours.
Palate
On the palate, intense forward fruit combined with toast notes. Medium bodied with a long lingering finish.

Production Method
The carefully selected handpicked grapes are slowly fermented at a controlled temperature to achieve maximum fruit extraction. Frequent remontage optimizes flavour and colour extraction. Thereafter malolactic fermentation for 15 months in French oak.
