Limited production Premium Cava, made following the traditional method and only produced in exceptional vintages, handpicked grapes and aged for 38 months.
On the nose, delicate aromas of strawberry and raspberry with hints of toasted bread and almond fruit due to its long aging in the bottle.
The palate is delicate and elegant. Creamy and silky in texture, the wine is balanced with a long and satisfying finish.
Delicate with fine strawberry fruit aromas and elegant flavours. Wonderful on its own and delicious with cured Spanish ham or with the most delicate raspberries and blackcurrants in your dessert!
Following the traditional method, this wine is only made in exceptional vintages. After a light maceration of specially selected grapes, the wine undergoes extensive bottle aging. The second fermentation takes place deep in the cellars in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia.
