The grapes arrive to the winery at the optimum point of ripeness. After a careful selection of the best ones, the obtained must is fermented at controlled temperature below 28 °C. Once the fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to American oak barrels where it is aged for a minimum of 18 months.
