Complex nose with fruity and citrus nuances.
Palate
Thin and persistent bubble that shows soft on the palate. Rich and long mouthfeel with a persistent aftertaste.

Production Method
Cava made from wort flower of the best grapes harvested by hand, macerated and fermented at low temperature. Second fermentation in the bottle depth of the cellars in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, with a long aging on lees and disgorging in Brut Nature.
