This is a Premium Cava using the strictest traditional method in its creation. Made from selected grapes only. Second fermentation in bottle and ageing in the cellars. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. It stays in the cellar for about 15 months ageing before release.
Producer
Marqués de la Concordia is one of the leading Cava producers, having established winemaking at the property in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in 1882, in the heart of Penedés. Since then 'quality' has been the byword in the production of some of the best sparkling wines from Spain.
