Deep red colour with garnet hues. Strawberry and raspberry aromas on the nose. Well-balanced, soft and pleasant on the palate.
After a careful selection, the grapes are partially destemmed and carefully crushed. Then, the must is left in contact with its lees at a stable temperature of 25C in order to achieve maximum fruit extraction.
