Tasting Notes
Colour
Intense ruby red colour
Nose
Very tasty with a predominance of vanilla notes that guarantee its ageing.
Palate
This round, classic Rioja Crianza is very well balanced with good structure and fine tannins. Delicious, with a predominance of sweet spice and vanilla notes from the extended oak ageing and fine red berry fruit on the long finish.

Production Method
Selection of the best grapes from the vineyard, destemmed at 100% and then fermented with a floating pomace hat at a maximum temperature of 28º. Once finished, the wine stays in contact with the skins to obtain the structure and tannins necessary for its later refining for 12 months in American oak barrels.
