Its bouquet is fresh with notes of lemon and grapefruit.
It is ample and crunchy on the palate.
The vineyard is located on a limestone plateau with stony red clay, at an average altitude of 100 metres, overlooking the Etang de Thau and the Mediterranean.
The grapes are harvested by night when they are fully ripe, so as to protect their aromas and keep the fruit as whole as possible. The juice is protected from oxygen and pressed selectively upon arrival at the winery, then fermented at a regulated temperature.

Picpoul de Pinet from Domaine La Serre is best served within 18 months of harvesting, at 8°C. On all occasions, and as an appetizer. When served with meals, it will go well with seafood and fish. Best served at 8-10°C.
