“Intense, harmonic and persistent. This organic Manzoni has perfected itself day by day, going through a long aging in concrete tanks and repeated bâtonnage. Wisdom is not about being the best, but becoming better every day.“

"My name is Giovanni Corvezzo and I have been an Italian producer of organic grapes and wines for 10 years. My story, as a farmer and economist, has led me to understand that a wine is much more than a perfume or a flavor, it is a continuous research with the aim of improving. In my opinion, a good wine - which can truly be defined as better - must be respectful of the environment and the health of consumers. This is precisely the mission to which I have dedicated all my efforts over the past ten years and to which I will continue to devote myself incessantly in the future. I could talk for hours and hours about how strenuous and rewarding a path towards sustainability is, but I decided to let my wines speak for me. Never tire of improving by looking for perfection!"
