Tasting Notes
Here Le Havre de Paix references the beautiful rolling hills, coastal lagoons and hills of the Aude region of South West France. The reds of Aude are classically light, fruity and easy drinking.

Red fruit, spices, red currants.
Palate
Semi-dry, pleasant, easy to drink, supple, light, undemanding, round.

Production
The grapes are harvested, destemmed, crushed, hot macerated and pressed. The wine is stored in vats. Then the wine is racked, filtered and bottled.
Soil
Light soils made up of alluviae and sand. One of their properties is that they heat up quickly.
