Very intense, almost black, garnet red to purple.

Fine tannic body, notes of liquorice, fine persistence and long taste.

Producer
Following in the footsteps of Mr. Eschenauer, our team of oenologists work throughout the year with our partner vintners, from pruning the vines to harvesting, together ensuring the growth of the highest quality grapes. The choices of vineyard methods, such as nipping off buds, pruning, disease prevention, leaf management and even the harvest date, are made together, to meet everyone’s criteria and objectives. Louis Eschenauer has chosen to build close ties with our partner vintners, ensuring a permanent dialogue to guarantee total quality and complete traceability for its wines.
Once the grapes are ripe, Louis Eschenauer buys the harvest, which we then vinify. This is done according to traditional methods, incorporating the latest innovative techniques to create the best-quality wines that respect the specific characteristics of each grape variety.
Through this logic of close, reciprocal partnership, the Louis Eschenauer signature becomes a guarantee of the quality and quest for excellence, proven by the medals and awards won by our wines.
