A lovely summertime rosé!
Tasting Notes
Colour
Very light rosé, clear and brilliant.
Nose
Very expressive, fruity, red fruit, strawberries, with very spicy notes.
Palate
Round and lively, rich and pleasing, with an after flavour of red fruit. Good persistence.

Region
Vineyards are located in southern France, mainly in Languedoc-Roussillon, with over 32,000 hectares. These grapes only come from the Thau basin region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when just ripe, crushed, and left to soak for a few hours, then pressed gently. The juice is fermented with selected types of yeast at a regulated temperature which is kept fairly low. The wine is stored in tanks at a low temperature, and then racked, filtered, and bottled.
Soil
Varied over the whole producing area: this vatful has been specially selected on clay-chalky soils.
