A luscious red wine that lasts on the palate!
An extremely deep garnet red.
It has expressive aromas of red berries, like cherry and raspberry, and also blackcurrant.
Showing rich brambly fruit and soft, velvety, silky flavours on the palate with a lovely delicate, smooth finish.
The grapes are harvested when ripe, de-stemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature is kept below 32°C and the wine is gently pressed. Lastly the wine is racked, filtered and bottled.
The area offers a large range of different type of soil such as sand, clay-chalk and schist.

This wine goes particularly well with roast poultry, fried tofu or with salads and fine cheeses. Serve at between 15 - 17°C.
