Pocketful of Stones Distillery has combined fresh north country dandelion blooms and wild-foraged Burdock with their favourite combination of botanicals to create a smooth, contemporary gin built on the backbone of British tradition.
They have taken the earthy flavours of the roots of these botanicals and distilled them with locally foraged heather, honeybush to add a floral lift and cola nut and almond to bind the flavours with orris root to add length.
A classic dry gin when served with tonic but can also be served with ginger ale.
A favourite cocktail with this gin is The Bramble. The sweetness from the blackberry liqueur perfectly balances the earthy notes of the D&B roots and cola nut.
