Green yellow, brilliant, with a fine crown.
Nose
A fruity and very elegant sparkling wine, with a brioche bouquet.
Palate
The bubbles are fine, the sparkling wine is fresh and pleasant.
Production Method
Machine harvest. The basic wine is fermented at a low temperature. The 2nd fermentation takes place in tanks for 2 weeks at 14° C, followed by dosing.
