This pale-coloured Sherry delights with aromatics of salted mackerel and Marcona almond. Flavours of Marcona almond, lemon zest and apricot show lovely depth alongside some strong minerality. It is delicate, light and very aromatic on the nose and dry on the palate.

Even though it was founded in 1744 by Fransisco Gil de Ledesma y Sotomayor, a knight and mayor of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, it gets its actual name from José Maria Delgado Zuleta who married with one of the descendants of Ledesma at the end of the 18th century.
