Brut sparkling organic and vegan wine comes from the vinification of the Glera grapes of our plains of Treviso. Traditional wine, the Prosecco sparkling wine whose white vinification preserves the quality of the grapes, has a very bright straw yellow and harmonious, fruity taste reminiscent of rennet apples

The first phase includes a soft pressing and a traditional white vinification, keeping the temperature between 15-17°C to preserve quality. In a second step, it is performed the natural fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for at least 30 days.
