A crisp, expressive example of Sauvignon Blanc from Languedoc
Tasting Notes
It presents tropical and citrus aromas, such as passionfruit, grapefruit, and ripe melon complemented refreshing backbone of natural acidity and a well-balanced finish.

Production
100% Sauvignon Blanc from Pays d’Oc, harvested on marly soils and gravelly clay, offering full, ample flavors and aromatic freshness. Exclusively matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and character of the fruit. This wine holds the HVE certification, which signifies that biodiversity elements are extensively present on the farm and that farming practices minimize environmental impact.
Producer
The harvest comes from the town of Lugny, situated on a 105-hectare plateau composed of clay-limestone soil. This area faces south-southeast, optimal sun exposure. The vines, averaging over 40 years in age, are predominantly Chardonnay, specifically the « muscatés » variety, which imparts a distinctive character to the wine.
