ORDERS
We do not sell to anyone who is under 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
We will take payment when you confirm your order. Please take time to read and check your order at each stage before submitting your order to us.
Once submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order. You will then receive an email dispatch confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to terminate any special offer or promotion at any time, without notice. All give-aways, value-added and promotional items are only available whilst stocks last. This includes any replacements required to replace breakages.
AVAILIBILITY
Wine is a product and which is subject to vintage changes. Whilst every effort will be made to supply the vintage ordered, in certain instances, we reserve the right to supply an alternative vintage provided the quality is comparable and the cost is no greater to you. This clause does not apply to fine wine purchases.
PRICES & PAYMENTS
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and may be per bottle or per case, as marked. The prices include UK duty and VAT unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional unless otherwise specified.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on our Site is accurate occasionally an error may occur, and products may be incorrectly priced. In the event that a product you have ordered is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you by telephone or email before dispatching your products asking you to confirm if you still wish to proceed with your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If you do not confirm that you wish to proceed with the order within seven days of the date of our email, we will consider this is a withdrawal of your order.
Where a particular wine is part of a pre-mix case with a general discount applied, the discounted price for the case is relative to the non-discounted prices for the constituent wines.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice in the event of major currency fluctuations, changes in the rate of duty, VAT or other taxes, or other market conditions. We also reserve the right to terminate any special offer at any time, without notice. Our website and payment processes are secure.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel and return your order, for any reason, for up to 14 days after the day you received the product(s). During that period if you decide you would like to cancel or return your order please, contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@vinofandango.co.uk to notify us of your decision. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to:

If the order has not yet been delivered, you may also refuse acceptance of the delivery from the driver and your order will automatically be returned to us.
We are unable to refund bottles which have been opened since you received them, unless the product is faulty e.g. corked wine. If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible at enquiries@vinofandango.co.uk. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement. Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 days. If you open your order to find the product(s) are faulty or misdescribed, please return the product to us and we will refund the price of the product in full, together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
RISKS, WARNINGS & STORAGE CONDITIONS
You should be aware of the following inherent risks and warnings in respect of our products:
- Alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
- A case of wine is heavy so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight, we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
- Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt so extra care should be taken.
- The correct storage of wine is of vital importance. Where possible, you should store bottles horizontally, at a stable, cool temperature, out of direct light and in an atmosphere, which has some moisture in order to avoid the drying out of corks. The wine should be subject to as little movement as possible.
GIFTS
All orders are available to send to another person as a gift. When you place an order as a gift, you confirm that the recipient is at least 18 years old. Note that we do not include any invoices within your order so don't worry, your gift recipients will not see order details or pricing.
YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your privacy is important to us. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where we have to do so to get your product(s) to you, e.g. our authorised delivery partner.
COPYRIGHT
Unless otherwise stated, all rights, including copyright, on the pages of the Vino Fandango website are owned and controlled for these purposes by Vino Fandango Ltd. In accessing the Vino Fandango website, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store, transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of these pages for any other purpose whatsoever, in any medium, without the prior written permission of Vino Fandango Ltd.
OUR LIABILITY

We only supply the product(s) for domestic and private use. By submitting an order to Vino Fandango, you agree not to use the product(s) for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
MARKETING
We will use information about you to make marketing offers via email, telephone and mail based on your product(s) preferences from time to time. If you opt-out from hearing from us or approved third parties, you will only be contacted by us regarding service issues including, but not exclusively, order confirmation and delivery confirmation, significant changes to terms and conditions and informational, non-marketing emails. Phone calls to and from us may be monitored or recorded for training and quality purposes.
PRICE MATCHING GUARANTEE
Vino Fandango agrees to refund a difference in price under the following conditions

You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

You must send pictorial evidence of the lower price which is independently verifiable, either searchable online or by calling an established business.

The lower offer must be found with a direct competitor of Vino Fandango offering exactly the same service - single bottle ordering, direct delivery, online only.

The guarantee does not include: multiple grocers, bulk discount superstores, membership-only businesses.

The guarantee does not include the price of delivery.

We will then refund you the amount of difference back to the card used to process payment.

Refunds may take up to seven days to reach your account.
