Returns and Refunds
If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel and return your order, for any reason, for up to 10 days after the day you received the product(s).
During that period if you decide you would like to cancel or return your order please, contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@vinofandango.co.uk to notify us of your decision.
If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to:

In this case, any expenses incurred from returning the items will be your responsibility. If the order has not yet been delivered, you may also refuse acceptance of the delivery from the driver and your order will automatically be returned to us.
Send your unopened bottle back to us at the above address but please get in touch with us first at enquiries@vinofandango.co.uk to let us know you are returning the product.
In the case of a refund, the funds will be returned to your bank within 7 days - we aim for between 3-5 days.
