A crisp and refreshing non-alcoholic sparkling white wine made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from sandy and calcareous soils in southern Spain. Crisp acidity & strong effervescence with hints of green apples & citrus peel accompanied with a floral aroma.

Our wines have an extremely low sugar level. We do not need to add a lot of sugar to bring out a good taste, since we focus on raw materials with high quality and an uncompromising production process.

Vegan

ALT. is filtered using cross-flow filtration where as it's commonplace in the wine industry to use egg white. After filtration the liquid then goes through patenteded aroma recovery so that the finished wine is complex & delicious.

Alt. Sparkling Organic Rosé is a fresh and aromatic non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from sandy and calcareous soils in the middle of Spain.

Tasting Notes 

Straw yellow in colour, this wine has vibrant tropical and citrus fruit aromas and flavours. On the palate it is refreshing and perfectly balanced, with a clean, crisp finish.

Production

The grapes are destemmed and very gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Prior to fermentation the juice is chilled and racked after settling. Selected yeasts are added to initiate the alcoholic fermentation, which takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 8°C. Vacuum distillation at around 30°C to preserve primary aromas.

Made with grapes from a Puglian origin - this alcohol free wine is a juicy, plush alternative to the 'real thing'!

Tasting Notes 

This Primitivo is rich and ripe, with an abundance of dark berry fruit on the nose, and a plush, smooth texture on the well-balanced palate.

Production

Primitivo grapes are transported in small containers and softly destemmed, taking care to keep the skins intact. Temperature controlled fermentation around 22°C with frequent pumping over of the must achieves optimal extraction of colour, a fruity bouquet and soft tannins in the finished wine. Vacuum distillation at around 30°C to preserve primary aromas.

A highly aromatic wine, with scents of rose water, musk and lemon zest. Offering a generously sweet palate of turkish delight which is balanced by the acidity of the Riesling.

A specialised yeast strain isolated by Institut Oenologique de Champagne is employed to highlight the varietal characteristics of the Traminer. Completed a healthy 10-14 day ferment in stainless steel. : Wine is de de alcoholised using the newest SIGMATEC technology from Schmidt. The process is a distillation under vacuum. This allows the elimination of alcohol at low temperature (30-35 C) thus with a minimum aroma loss,

Whole grapes are put into the pneumatic press for soft pressing. The resulting must, after a first racking, is placed into controlled temperature tanks at 0% where it remains until it is used for the production of 0% sparkling. CO2 is added gently to ensure a fine perlage.
