WHAT?! How?
Alcohol free spirits are made through the distillation of botanicals, up to 35! These are then mixed to create the flavour, many of which now go past just imitating a gin, vodka or vermouth taste but instead create a whole new flavour!
Across Europe drinks below 0.5% ABV are classed as alcohol-free. In the UK drinks that are between 0.05% and 0.5% ABV are classed as non-alcoholic.

Our wines have an extremely low sugar level. We do not need to add a lot of sugar to bring out a good taste, since we focus on raw materials with high quality and an uncompromising production process.
Vegan
ALT. is filtered using cross-flow filtration where as it's commonplace in the wine industry to use egg white. After filtration the liquid then goes through patenteded aroma recovery so that the finished wine is complex & delicious.

Tasting Notes
This wine displays good aromatic intensity, with aromas of green apple and fennel combined with notes of white flowers and citrus. The palate is very nice, fresh, tasty, with a good carbonic sensation and good persistence, giving a very long finish.
Production Method
The winemaking process consists of a soft press (bladder press), to extract the must. Then it is continuously stirred for 24 hours or longer, and fermentation by grape varieties is carried out. Once fermented, the blend is made. The wine is pressed, clarified and refrigerated, and the second fermentation in the bottle is carried out for about 12 months. Afterwards, it is disgorged, and the expedition liquor is added depending on the type of cava.
