WHAT?! How?

Alcohol free spirits are made through the distillation of botanicals, up to 35! These are then mixed to create the flavour, many of which now go past just imitating a gin, vodka or vermouth taste but instead create a whole new flavour!

Across Europe drinks below 0.5% ABV are classed as alcohol-free. In the UK drinks that are between 0.05% and 0.5% ABV are classed as non-alcoholic.

Organic

We're proud to say that ALT. Chardonnay & Rosé are both certified Organic, meaning that we've gone through rigirous quality control and supply chain checks to ensure that our grapes are sourced from 100% organic wine growers.

Dry

Our wines have an extremely low sugar level. We do not need to add a lot of sugar to bring out a good taste, since we focus on raw materials with high quality and an uncompromising production process.

Vegan

ALT. is filtered using cross-flow filtration where as it's commonplace in the wine industry to use egg white. After filtration, the liquid then goes through patented aroma recovery so that the finished wine is complex & delicious.

The unique combination of the best sparkling wine with carefully selected strawberries, created through the Charmat method to deliver a natural, balanced and elegant taste.

Originating from Chile, Fresita features a distinct combination of the highest standard of sparkling wine and carefully chosen strawberries. Created using the Charmat method of winemaking, it delivers a balanced, elegant, refreshing, and natural taste, aroma, and flavour. 

The term “Fresita” is of Spanish origin and means “strawberry.” Initially, when the fruit got discovered in Patagonia of Chile, people knew of its white variants. Later, Amédée-François Frézier presented them to the world in 1714. Eventually, the strawberries of red colour evolved, and now, very few knew that the white ones also existed. In recent times, however, both the Chilean strawberries get celebrated for their delicious fragrance, sweet taste, and size.  

Creation

The creation of Fresita in 1992 was due to the motivation to deliver a unique beverage that appeals to people’s desire for a genuine experience. The wine has a blend combination of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Moscatel.

Each varietal gets fermented in separate chambers to create their unique still wines first. Then, they get blended, followed by a second fermentation process. This dual treatment helps attain an exceedingly dry base for the sparkling wine of Fresita.

At the final stage of the winemaking, freshly picked and intensely flavoured strawberries of the Patagonian variety get added to the product. It results in the deep, fruity, luscious, and smooth salmon pink colour of Fresita with strawberry pulp suspended or floating in it. 

Fresita contains persistent bubbles and solely 8% alcohol, making it a drink that people with low alcoholic tolerance can enjoy. It offers a beverage that is full of the sweetness of strawberry with the appropriate amount of intensity. The sparkling wine provides a refreshing feel, especially when served and drunk chilled.

Tasting Notes 

Straw yellow in colour, this wine has vibrant tropical and citrus fruit aromas and flavours. On the palate it is refreshing and perfectly balanced, with a clean, crisp finish.

Zero Regrets Pinot Grigio (Alcohol Free)

Production

The grapes are destemmed and very gently pressed in a pneumatic press. Prior to fermentation the juice is chilled and racked after settling. Selected yeasts are added to initiate the alcoholic fermentation, which takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 8°C. Vacuum distillation at around 30°C to preserve primary aromas.

    This Primitivo is rich and ripe, with an abundance of dark berry fruit on the nose, and a plush, smooth texture on the well-balanced palate.

    Zero Regrets Primitivo (Alcohol Free)

    Production

    Primitivo grapes are transported in small containers and softly destemmed, taking care to keep the skins intact. Temperature controlled fermentation around 22°C with frequent pumping over of the must achieves optimal extraction of colour, a fruity bouquet and soft tannins in the finished wine. Vacuum distillation at around 30°C to preserve primary aromas.
