ALT Orange Spritz 0% Alc
Regular price £10.99 Save Liquid error (snippets/product-template line 117): Computation results in '-Infinity'%A tribute to the Italian Spritz, making it the perfect choice for sharing at celebrations and festive occasions. It's as easy as it gets - simply pour over ice, add a slice of orange and enjoy!
Tasting Notes
Lively and aromatic, with a bright acidity, elegant bubbles and a rounded bittersweet finish. It's made from de-alcoholised wine and flavoured with real bitter orange, herbs and spices.

Producer
ALT. was created from a simple idea, that idea being, whatever someone’s reason for not drinking is, they should be able to have an equally delicious non-alcoholic alternative. In 2020, ALT. set out to create range of non-alcoholic, non-compromising sparkling wines, that would deliver both the flavour and the ritual of their alcoholic counterparts. For this reason, working with real ingredients from the start was important to them.

2024 Von Buhl Bone Dry Riesling Trocken
Regular price £17.99 Save Liquid error (snippets/product-template line 117): Computation results in '-Infinity'%
A bright, bone‑dry Riesling that captures the fresh character of the Mittelhaardt
Tasting Notes
Aromas of citrus and stone fruit lead into a crisp, linear palate with crystal‑clear Riesling purity. Lively acidity drives an energetic flow, while subtle depth and minerality keep it engaging from first sip to finish. Clean, refreshing and unmistakably Von Buhl in its precision.

Production
Sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the Mittelhaardt, the grapes were harvested with high extract levels and fresh natural acidity — hallmarks of the 2024 vintage. Fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve purity and aromatics, the wine is crafted in a crisp, linear style that emphasises citrus, stone fruit and the region’s signature mineral clarity. Winemaker Simone Figerio focuses on precision and freshness, allowing the Riesling’s natural vibrancy to shine without oak influence.
Producer
Since its foundation in 1849, the Reichsrat von Buhl winery has stood for fine Rieslings from the best sites in the Mittelhaardt. Within a very short time, the name of Buhl developed into a promise of quality.
As early as 1869, a von Buhl Riesling was served for the opening of the Suez Canal – at that time one of the highest-priced wines in the world. We are committed to this legacy and so we continue to shape the story with heart and soul. Day after day.

2021 Thistledown, The Quickening Shiraz
Regular price £24.99 Save Liquid error (snippets/product-template line 117): Computation results in '-Infinity'%This is the Barossa reimagined. An exuberant outpouring of energy, captured within a sculptured framework that reflects the rugged yet beautiful landscape of its conception.
Tasting Notes
A deliciously vibrant style of Barossa Shiraz with succulent raspberry and blackcurrant fruit, hints of spice and elegant, glossy texture.

Production
Joel Mattschoss' Eden Valley vineyard provides the majority of the fruit. This spectacular vineyard is planted on some of the most difficult, meagre soils of any we have seen. Littered with boulders composed of ironstone and pink quartz, it is a truly challenging site. Vineyards are trellised, cordon trained and spur pruned. This wine is all about great fruit, picked at the right time. Frequent vineyard walks determines exactly the right time, the fruit full of energy. Wild fermented, using some whole bunch inclusion play their role in ensuring that this wine is full of bright, fleshy fruit with great texture and spice. Aged in French oak for 6 to 8 months prior to bottling.
Producer
Thistledown was founded by Master of Wine, Giles Cooke who had a vision for a more elegant, textural interpretation of Australian wine.
Initial explorations resulted in access to many of the best vineyards, many of which were the previously unloved Old Vine Grenache. Incredible, historic fruit sources coupled with Giles’ increasingly adept efforts has quickly resulted in a reputation for being amongst the best in the country. Narrating the stories of these wines to an increasingly attentive global audience is Giles’ heartfelt commitment and mission.

2015 La Dame de Montrose Saint-Estephe
Regular price £69.99 Save Liquid error (snippets/product-template line 117): Computation results in '-Infinity'%The 2015 La Dame de Montrose produced by the prestigious Château Montrose, represents the second wine of this renowned estate situated the Saint-Estèphe appellation of Bordeaux.
Tasting Notes
An intense deep red colour, the second selection of Château Montrose is marked by the terroir: a powerful and expressive nose with complex aromas of black fruit, fine oak, toasty and smoky. The attack on the palate is rich and full. The mid palate, round and completely in harmony, reveals supple and silky tannins. Good length, with aromas of very ripe fruit on the finish.

Production
2015 started with a colder winter than in previous years. The start of the season, mild and quite sunny, favoured early bud burst. Quick and uniform flowering took place at the start of June thanks to the exceptional climatic conditions. June and July were dry, marked by water stress leading to a clear slow-down in the development of the vine. Véraison took place early and in a very uniform way between 21 July and 10 August. The showers in September gave us the measure, once again, of the qualities of our terroir: drainage was perfect, and the Cabernet Sauvignon on the plateau bordering the estuary
benefited from a very beneficial drying wind. Harvest started from15 September with an increased team of pickers and continued at a sustained pace until 8 October when picking finished. The grapes were of very good quality, and we further strengthened our ultra-precise plot selection, which sometimes involved several passes through a plot in the search for optimum
ripeness. In the cellar, the reception line allowed for precision work: 3 sorting tables for bunches preceded double sorting of the berries, optical then by hand. The vinification, respectful of the identity of our terroir, was tailor-made in tanks of sizes adapted to each of the 55 batches that make up our blending palette. To these were added 7 batches resulting from the precision work carried out at the press. At the time of blending, the richness of the batches allowed us to be extremely precise in the selection for the grand vin, the most drastic in 15 years. The first tastings put this vintage among the great years of Château Montrose.
Producer
The producer of the 2015 La Dame de Montrose Saint-Estèphe is Château Montrose, a prestigious Second Growth estate located in the Saint-Estèphe appellation of Bordeaux. La Dame de Montrose is the château’s second wine, crafted with the same care and terroir expression as the Grand Vin but designed to be more approachable in its youth.
Château Montrose has a long-standing reputation for producing structured, age-worthy wines and is currently owned by the Bouygues family, who have invested significantly in sustainability and precision winemaking.
