Standard delivery to Mainland UK takes approximately 7-10 working days.
- A email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been fulfilled, safely packed and is ready to go.
- Once the order has been collected by our delivery partner, another email will be sent to you containing its unique tracking number and details on how to keep an eye on your package every step of the way.
Our delivery partner may deliver up to 10pm each day. If you are a business that might be closed after 6pm then please keep this in mind and call our team to ensure we do our best to get it to you.
For orders less than £75, there will be a delivery charge of £9.99 (incl. VAT) to cover safe packaging and the handling of the precious liquid.
Delivery is FREE for purchases over £75. Hurrah!
DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS
You can choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, such as your place of work or to a friend or relative. Simply add an alternative delivery address at the checkout.
CHANNEL ISLANDS NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY
Really sorry, but we are unable to deliver to any Channel Island addresses including all postcodes prefixed with JE or GY.
We regret that sadly can't delivery to addresses outside the UK.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse we will send you a Dispatch Email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
If you're looking to track your order's delivery progress then try the DHL Tracking Tool - just enter the Tracking Code from your Dispatch Email and DHL will display the progress of your order.
Please check this first before contacting us about your delivery - always better to get information directly from them! Your order may be delivered anytime between 8am and 9pm and a signature may be required on receipt of your parcel. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, our courier may leave it in a safe place or they may leave a card with details of how to collect your order or rearrange delivery.
