2022 Pazo de Monterray Godello - Aromatic & sophisticated - perfect for salmon, seafood, chicken and crisp salads. Very fresh acidity & mineral notes balance the rich, ripe fruit characters of apple and pear on the palate. A touch of white spice and good length with a lightly bitter twist at the finish. 2020/1 Menade Organic Verdejo - Delivering loads of flavour for an organic offer. 2015 Marqués de Griñon Svmma Varietalis - SVMMA is a Latin word used to indicate that the epitome of knowledge has been reached. Deep ruby-red in color with purple reflections, this wine shows rich notes of dark berries, clove, smoke and pepper. On the palate, layers of mineral and fruit notes are interwoven, accompanied by soft tannins, silky texture and excellent concentration. RRP £20.00

2017 MM Selección Especial Rosé Cava - Crisp on the palate with ripe wild strawberry fruit flavours, a fine and creamy mouthfeel, and a delicate, refreshing finish.
