Guaranteed to charm and captivate, this is a full and fruit-driven Sauvignon Blanc led by tropical fruit, kiwi, gooseberry, and golden delicious apples.
The 2021 Paul Wallace Little Flirt Sauvignon Blanc is their ninth vintage. As the name suggests she is a little charmer and somewhat flirtatious.
Tasting Notes
Colour
The Paul Wallace Little Flirt Sauvignon Blanc 2021 is bright and appealing with prominent gooseberry, pear, and golden delicious apple on the nose.
Palate
An explosion of fruit on the palate reveals a medley of tropical fruits, fennel, and some grapefruit coupled with a prominent mineral core. The full mouthfeel captures the purity of Elgin’s fruit, resulting in a well-balanced white wine with good length.
Delightful while young but is expected to show her pedigree and mature with stylish grace and aplomb with further time in the bottle.
