Tasting Notes
Colour
Selección de Granos Nobles is a sweet, bright yellow-white wine with golden hues.
Nose
It has intense and syrupy aromas, with ripe tropical and citrus fruit and white flower notes.
Palate
It is greasy and expressive in the mouth, clean and fresh in the palate, with a well-balanced body. Long, attractive and gentle finish with a spicy touch. It is an original late harvest wine with a strong personality.
Winemaking
Handpicking when grapes reach 28 Brix. Destemming and manual selection of grains. Pressed from 4 to 6 hours. Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C with selected yeasts. After reaching from 12° to 12.5° of alcohol, and from 60 to 70 g of sugar, it is chilled to stop alcoholic fermentation. Then it rests 4 months on fine lees. Filtered while bottled.
