The "Now" series is an invitation to enjoy the moment.
Each wine in this collection captures a value that is fundamental to the Ochoa family. resilience,
tradition, honesty, the celebration of friendship, or the quest of joy
“De Lágrima” means “from the tear” in Spanish.
Tasting Notes
Beautiful bright pink color with slight lilac tones, a result of its youth. On the nose, aromas of red and fresh fruits like currant and strawberry prevail. On the palate, it is long and complex with some balsamic notes that give it personality.

Production
Made using the traditional “bleeding” method, hence its deep raspberry tone. During bleeding, the must stays in contact with the skins for 4 to 6 hours, and then it goes into a tank where it will ferment at 18ºC, which preserves the freshest and most delicate aromas.
Producer
The sixth generation of a family of winemakers and vine growers. Together with their team, they care for the vineyard daily with the goal of creating timeless wines that connect people. The values and knowledge passed on by the family have brought them to where they are today. Now, Adriana and Beatriz, represent this new era of Ochoa with courage, pride, and our unique style full of resilience, tradition, honesty, friendship and joy.
