The seasonal damson gin from Pocketful of Stones is made using locally sourced and hand picked damsons from around Cornwall.
Star Anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and orange are added to the infusion, giving spicy and warming flavours without being overly sweet.
Best served after a hearty winter’s dinner accompanied by a cheese board and a fire place.
A Dam Shame. Damson and Champagne. Acidic, tart and slightly sweet.
