The folks at a Pocketful of Stone Distillery in Cornwall have taken their Caspyn Cornish Dry and infused it with fresh English cucumbers. The Midsummer Gin has a slight green hint to it from the natural ingredients being used (no sign of essences being used here!), yet still has all the hall-marks of the Cornish Dry Gin but with added extra earthy notes.
It is a mellow, refreshing drink. Perfectly served with good tonic water and slice of cucumber and / or mint for an extra fresh zing.
Perfect Serve
You can enjoy this gin with ice, tonic and strawberry as a garnish or simply a zest of lemon or mint & cucumber. And because it’s so smooth, it tastes fantastic just on ice!
